We will contact you by email or phone to confirm a time for your clarity call. If you'd prefer one over the other, feel free to reach me directly at 289-200-5656.

2. We have a real conversation — not a sales call.

The call is 30 minutes. I'll ask about your income structure, what you're trying to do, and your timeline. No scripts. No pressure. Just the right questions to get a clear picture of your situation.

3. You leave with a clear next step.

By the end of the call you'll know whether you qualify, which lender types make sense for your file, and exactly what your next move is. Whether we work together or not, you'll have something useful.

You don't need to prepare anything.

The call is a conversation. I'll ask the right questions. But if you want to make the 30 minutes as useful as possible, having a rough sense of these things helps:

  • How your business income is structured (incorporated, sole prop, freelance)

  • Roughly what your last two years of income looked like

  • What you're trying to do — purchase, renew, or refinance

  • Your rough timeline
